First mountain bike representative on the Indiana Trails Advisory Board. Southern Indiana representative to the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) Southern Indiana representative for the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association (HMBA) Contributor to Plan B, the Comprehensive State Bicycle Plan by the Minnesota State Bicycle Advisory Board, Minnesota Department of Transportation, 1992. Contributor to the Hoosier National Forest Plan 1991 and updates to that plan. Wrote the first mountain bike Recreation Opportunity Guide (ROG) for the Hoosier National Forest in 1999 at the request of that agency; it is still in use.
